Thank you so much for booking online - it's a great way to secure your room at a time that suits you without the hassle of calling up or sending credit card details via email. Just to be super transparent, for all online bookings of up to 5 rooms The Seaview TERMS & CONDITIONS OF SALE apply. We love working with Government & Corporate Booking Agencies (shout out to our friends at HRS and Corporate Traveller!) but we are a small business, and we do not have any accommodation contracts in place with any third-party agencies. We do however offer rooms "On Request" subject to availability and The Seaview Terms and Conditions of Sale. 

When we accept an "On Request" booking please be advised The Seaview TERMS & CONDITIONS OF SALE apply. The Seaview Terms & Conditions are clearly explained below, and if you have any questions, please call The Seaview team on (07) 4069 5377 during business hours before you make a booking and before you provide payment details and we will be happy to clarify further.

Please note: providing payment details, Virtual Credit Card vouchers, Air Wallet information or similar as payment for an "On Request" booking or an Online booking tells us you are happy to accept The Seaview Terms and Conditions of Sale and you understand that The Seaview provides rooms for sale only in accordance with The Seaview Terms and Conditions of Sale and further that The Seaview is not bound by the terms and conditions of any third-party booking agencies.

Nothing better than a fun Group Booking be it for work, a special event, or just to hang out with friends and family. We have special terms and conditions for group bookings which you can find on the Group Bookings page in the tabs, but if you have any questions, please call The Seaview team on (07) 4069 5377 during business hours. Please note Group Bookings for more than 5 rooms cannot be made online.

Please read the following Terms and Conditions of Sale specifically as regards The Seaview Cancellation and No Show policies

All cancellations must be advised in writing 48 HOURS PRIOR to 2pm of day of arrival. Any cancellations thereafter may incur a cancellation fee equivalent to the value of the entire booking.

Please advise all cancellations in writing 48 HOURS PRIOR to 2pm of day of arrival. Any cancellations thereafter will incur a cancellation fee of one night room accommodation charge per room for one night bookings and a maximum of 2 nights' accommodation charge per room for longer stay bookings.       

Failure of a guest to arrive without notification of cancellation will incur a NO SHOW fee equivalent to the nightly accommodation charge per room for each night that the guest is a NO SHOW. The Seaview team will make best efforts to advise third party booking agencies and the guest where feasible of any guest NO SHOW as soon as possible during business hours, but until The Seaview team receives written advice from the booking representative that the NO SHOW is in fact a CANCELLATION, the nightly NO SHOW fee will apply. 

This policy is in place as The Seaview is in a remote location and guests can be delayed due to a variety of external factors including weather events and often arrive subsequent to their previous NO SHOW, hence the room will be kept for the guest until formal notification of CANCELLATION is received from the guest or booking agency. It just makes good sense and ensures the safety and peace of mind for all our valuable guests.
